Job Description
We are looking for an experienced drum teacher with a strong understanding of adult learners and a genuine passion for helping adults achieve their musical goals. Whether students are complete beginners or experienced drummers, your ability to inspire, motivate and provide structured, engaging lessons will be essential.
At the London Drum Institute, our mission is to provide exceptional drum tuition for adult enthusiasts through highly qualified, experienced and dedicated instructors.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification from a renowned music university or conservatoire
- At least 5 years' teaching experience
- Extensive experience teaching adult students
- Familiarity with Trinity College or Rockschool (RSL) drum examinations (ABRSM knowledge is also welcomed where applicable)
- Ability to teach all levels, from complete beginners to advanced students (Grade 8 and above)
- A broad knowledge of a variety of musical styles, including rock, pop, jazz, funk and contemporary genres
- Availability to teach at least 15 hours per week
