About the role
Are you an experienced Return to Work Coordinator or Administrator looking to expand your expertise in injury management and workplace health and safety? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We are seeking a Fixed-Term, Full-Time Return to Work Coordinator / Safety Administrator to lead our early intervention program, assist with the day-to-day administration of workers' compensation claims and provide valuable administrative support to our Health & Safety team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, make a meaningful impact and contribute to a strong safety-focused culture.
Duties
- Provide administrative claims management support including:
- Processing payments of invoices in SAP
- Data entry in Injury Management system (SolvInjury)
- Liaising with supervisors/managers across multiple sites to assist injured employees
- Assisting the Injury Manager with claim related matters
- Managing our Early Intervention program for employees
- General administrative support for the regionally based advisor team
About you
- Current Return to Work Coordinator accreditation and experience managing return-to-work processes.
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office – Excel, Outlook, Word, Power point
- SAP experience will be highly regarded
- Experience in assisting employees in Return to Work
- Workers Compensation/Claims experience (desirable)
- Ability to work independently
- Hold a current drivers licence with willingness to travel to sites (if required)
