Duties
- Prepare, review, and organize correspondence, reports, and other essential documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly while directing them to appropriate departments or personnel
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support data entry tasks and maintain accurate records in digital and physical filing systems
- Assisting with H&S paperwork
- Assisting Office Manager in all daily duties
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication abilities—both verbal and written—to interact effectively with colleagues and clients
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude toward task completion
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential
