Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator to support our landscaping team. You will be working on your own, supporting the Director. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative functions within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing office tasks. Duties
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct them appropriately
- Organise and maintain office files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office.
- Assist with scheduling appointments.
- Prepare correspondence as required
- General administrative tasks and filing
- Prepare invoices and expense tracking
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-organised at all times
Experience
- Proven office experience or administrative background is preferred
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Typing and data entry accuracy
- Good telephone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Previous clerical experience demonstrating attention to detail and reliability

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
