Support the Practice Group in the delivery of our Quality and Improvement plan through relevant activities, audits and projects.
Responsible for the positive reputation of the Group by:
Drive continuous improvement and regular review processes to enhance the quality of services provided by the Practice.
Uphold and maintain high-quality standards across the organisation.
Manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategies aimed at advancing overall quality and improvement within the Practice Group.
Enhance the patient experience by continuously reviewing and refining the services we offer.
Quality Improvement
In liaison with Partners and the Management Team, produce, maintain and report on the Practice Quality Improvement Plan and summary record.
Support the Practice in the delivery of our Quality Improvement Plan through relevant activities and projects.
Promote and develop innovative ideas and new approaches.
Monitor activities against external and internal quality standards; auditing and taking effective corrective action to improve performance against standards.
Undertake audits, clinical and non- clinical as required (annually, monthly) relating to quality, improvement and development of the Group.
Use Quality Management Systems such as Lean Mgt and TQM.
Manage and maintain the Quality Improvement Project register.
Audits:
In liaison with Operations Support Manager (Clinical services & Data Quality) conduct audits to ensure clinical care and practice processes meet required standards, identify risks or gaps, and support continuous quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
Manage and maintain the audits matrix.
Oversee and coordinate a dynamic portfolio of trainee projects, including those listed on the audit matrix, to ensure meaningful learning and practice development.
CQC:
Support the Practice Manager and other relevant managers to prepare for any external inspections of the Practice.
Be involved with CQC related document preparation.
Administrative and Other Duties
Undertake other duties within your competencies.
Work across all Practice sites as agreed with your Managers.
Any other duties that may be reasonably requested to ensure the Practice continues to operate effectively. Please note there may be some out of hours duties on an ad hoc basis and it is expected you will be flexible in this respect.
Support with the organisation of long service awards and/or birthdays for the staff at Rothschild House Group.
Manage and maintain the coil process, and ad hoc admin, such as the HF document coding
Pay: £15.80 per hour
