Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
As an Administrator with Utility France, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales consultants and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the sales consultants.
- Validating sales submitted by the sales team.
- Adding validated sales packs to the master sales board.
- Liaising with the sales operation to obtain missing information from sales packs.
- Supporting the partner channel with energy tending.
- CRM Management.
- Distribution of leads to the sales team.
- Diarising and executing termination notices for all sales.
- Creating and sending termination letters and validated contracts to customers.
- Supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of our sales operation.
- Reporting to the Head of Support Services.
- Liaising with third parties to ensure master reports are updated and accurate.
Education And/Or Work Experience Requirements:
- Fluent in French (oral and written)
- Sales administration experience preferred
- Forward-thinking
- Organized
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders and different levels of management
- Process-oriented
- Able to work well towards targets and KPIs
- Proficient use of software packages, including Excel
- Able to work alone and as part of a team
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within a sales support role
- Experience in the Energy Industry is not required but would be highly desirable
