Overview
We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
This role is cleaning for 2.5 hours per night , Monday to Friday starting at 5pm.
Please note this is an operational site and staff will be working.
Hourly rate - £13.50.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in designated areas
- Ensure all communal and private spaces are kept hygienic and presentable at all times
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand towels, and cleaning materials as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Skills
- Proficiency in English to understand instructions and communicate effectively
- Strong communication skills to coordinate tasks efficiently
- Organisation skills to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning standards are met consistently
- Cleaning experience and supervisory experience are preferred
