Set in peaceful parklands on the shores of Rutland Water, Rutland Hall Hotel’s Four Roots Ritual combines rejuvenating wellbeing treatments with holistic therapies, creating a unique experience aimed at enhancing both physical relaxation and inner peace.
We have an opportunity for an experienced Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) Therapist to join our team on a part-time, fixed-term maternity cover contract for one year, working 24 hours per week.
As a Wellbeing Spa Therapist, you will provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality treatments to clients and guests, ensuring everyone leaves feeling relaxed and with a sense of tranquillity.
We are seeking candidates with at least one year’s experience in a quality spa, salon or wellbeing business. Successful applicants will have relevant training in their field of expertise and a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification. Specific spa brand training and qualifications would be an advantage.
Ideal candidates will possess strong client service skills and adopt a consultative approach to client care.
