Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our operations, supporting various projects related to construction, and site upkeep. Your energy and attention to detail will help ensure that work sites are safe.
Duties
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery like excavators under supervision for construction or site preparation projects
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic mechanical repairs to ensure tools and machinery are in good working condition
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction activities including digging, lifting, and material transport
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working with power tools, machinery, and during outdoor landscaping activities
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or landscaping is highly desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Mechanical knowledge or experience operating equipment like excavators or irrigation systems is advantageous
- Comfort using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to detail
