Full job description

ROLE: CLEANING OPERATIVE
TYPE: PART-TIME (15HRS, SATURDAY & SUNDAY)

Celtic Football Club is currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative based at our Lennoxtown Training Facility. Reporting to the Cleaning Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for completing a variety of daily tasks and will play a key role in efficient operation currently running at the Training Facility.

Key Accountablilties

Complete in full daily tasks as instructed by the Training Centre General Manager
Provide a clean and hygienic work environment
Ensure that areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times
Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times
Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly
Deal with any ad hoc requests promptly and courteously
Ensure cleaning fluids are used correctly
Adhere to PPE guidance
Sign off daily checklists and submit to management

Management has the right to amend the above Role Summary in consultation with the employee to reflect the changes in or to the job.

Skills and Experience required

Essential:

Experience in a confidential working environment
Waste management knowledge
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, to use own initiative and to work well as part of a team
Reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work

Desirable:

Previous cleaning experience and use of cleaning equipment preferred
