The Role
We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded, and relationship-focused Senior Investment Broker to join our growing team at SSV Capital PLC. Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will support the Group's capital raising initiatives by developing new business opportunities, engaging with prospective investors and professional contacts, and managing relationships throughout the investment journey. The role will involve promoting the Group's capital raising activities, building strategic relationships, and contributing to the successful execution of fundraising objectives across the business.

Key Responsibilities
· Support the Group's capital raising initiatives by developing and nurturing relationships with prospective investors and professional contacts.
· Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the Group's strategic growth objectives.
· Manage the investment process from initial engagement through to completion, ensuring a professional and efficient experience.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, introducers, intermediaries, and strategic partners.
· Develop a strong understanding of the Group's products, services, and investment opportunities to communicate them effectively.
· Work closely with senior leadership to execute fundraising strategies and contribute to commercial growth initiatives.
· Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities, providing accurate activity updates, forecasts, and management information.
· Stay informed of market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities and support business growth.
· Represent SSV Capital PLC with professionalism, integrity, and the highest standards of conduct in every interaction.
Requirements
· Proven experience in investment sales, capital raising, business development, or relationship management within financial services.
· A demonstrable track record of identifying opportunities, building professional relationships, and contributing to fundraising and commercial objectives.
· Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
· Confidence engaging with investors, intermediaries, and other professional stakeholders.
· A strong understanding of financial services, investment solutions, and capital markets.
· Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
· A professional, ethical, and relationship-focused approach, aligned with the Group's values of integrity, collaboration, and excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
· Previous experience in investment sales, capital raising, private markets, corporate finance, wealth management, or business development.
· Professional qualifications relevant to financial services, investment, sales, or business management would be advantageous.
· A sound understanding of financial markets, investment products, and fundraising activities.
· Experience building and maintaining relationships with professional investors, intermediaries, or strategic partners.
· A strong interest in financial innovation, fintech, and the evolving investment landscape.
· Experience working within a dynamic, growth-focused organisation with a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture.
