We are looking for a chef to work in our business from now until end the end of October and could lead to permanent for the right person. This person must be capable to work all sections in a kitchen. From cooking steaks, duck, salmon to a high standard, organised and quick on the pass and creating plates for meals and starters in an organised manner.
We have a fantastic team as it stands and looking to add to compliment them. Average days we do 300 covers and our busy days we can do 600. We work with 3 / 4 chefs in a day depending on how busy.
We can guarantee two days off together as this stands the rotad days off could be Wednesday night off, Thursday and friday off. We are very laid back family business, but do expect high standards. Restaurant hours are 11:30am-8:30pm food service. 10am-10pm on full days shift.
Rent is £500 a month for the double bed room which is an ex air bnb, so a very luxury place to live with a tv In the room.
