As an Events Co-ordinator, you will master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties:

Take a proactive sales approach and adapt solutions to meet client needs and expectations

Handle all M&E calls, face-to-face meetings and email enquiries efficiently and professionally

Act as main point of contact for all prospective clients with excellent communication skills

Create well-presented and customised M&E proposals in line with brand policies

Identify sales leads and forward to the Sales Team

Assist with training and development of new team members

Record all enquiries accurately and maintain client file updates

Develop relationships with local clients, direct bookers and agency workers

Conduct show rounds to guests and potential new clients

Ensure bookings exceed guest expectations whilst staying within budget

Assist in the management of business bookings
