We are a growing construction and landscaping company delivering high-end residential refurbishment, renovation and landscaping projects throughout Kent.
We are seeking an organised and proactive Operations & Project Coordinator to support our directors and site teams by managing project administration, communication and documentation.
This is a key role within the business and offers the opportunity to grow alongside the company.
Key Responsibilities
Project Administration
* Maintain project files and records
* Manage drawing registers and document control
* Track outstanding information and approvals
* Organise project folders and correspondence
Client & Consultant Communication
* Manage incoming enquiries
* Coordinate communication with architects, engineers and consultants
* Schedule meetings and site visits
* Prepare meeting notes and action lists
Health & Safety Support
* Assist with RAMS administration
* Maintain H&S records and training registers
* Organise site documentation
* Assist with Construction Phase Plan administration
Commercial & Procurement Support
* Obtain supplier quotations
* Track material orders and deliveries
* Assist with subcontractor administration
* Maintain variation and instruction records
Office Operations
* Manage emails and general administration
* Coordinate diaries and appointments
* Assist with company systems and processes
* Support directors with day-to-day business operations
Requirements
* Construction industry experience preferred
* Excellent organisational skills
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
* Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
* Professional and client-focused approach
Desirable
* Experience working with residential construction projects
* Understanding of construction drawings and specifications
* Experience with H&S documentation
* Knowledge of project management software
