About the role
As Service Development Partner, you will support the development of services, processes and operating models across MHA, helping to turn organisational priorities into practical and workable approaches.
Reporting to the Strategic Planning & Design Manager, you will work closely with operational and corporate teams to understand current ways of working, identify opportunities for improvement and develop options for how services could operate in the future.
You will contribute to a wide range of strategic and organisational priorities, helping to shape service proposals, operating models, process improvements, business cases and implementation approaches before they move into delivery.
This is a highly collaborative role, bringing together strategic thinking, operational insight and commercial awareness to ensure that proposed changes are practical, sustainable and capable of delivering real value for MHA, our colleagues and the people we support.
