About the Role:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will be working directly in customer-facing environments, so a professional and courteous manner is essential at all times.
Each week brings a new challenge—no two jobs are the same, with a varied workload that includes both residential and light commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out full heating system installations and upgrades, including pipework, radiators, and hot water cylinders.
- Diagnose and repair faults within heating and plumbing systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service on-site, representing the company with professionalism and courtesy.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in plumbing and heating, with hands-on installation work.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of domestic heating systems and controls.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
