About the Company
Dekboard, part of the Epwin Group, is a leading and rapidly growing supplier of decking for holiday park homes and caravans in the UK.
Job Purpose
To support the company's growth and expanding customer base by performing decking installations as part of a team and alongside other decking installation teams.
Key Accountabilities
- Work closely with a team leader in all aspects of decking installations.

Execute precise measuring, cutting, and installation based on site surveys and plans.

Complete job check sheets clearly and accurately.

Ensure high attention to detail and maintain accuracy in all tasks.

Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.

Maintain reliability, trustworthiness, and initiative in daily duties.
Role Requirements
- Preferable experience in decking installation (training available for the right person).

Ability to read and interpret site surveys and installation plans.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cutting and fitting materials.
