As a Consultant Solicitor, Barrister, IAA-Regulated Immigration Adviser and International Lawyer, you will manage your own caseload while benefiting from the support and infrastructure of an established SRA-regulated law firm.
This is a self-employed consultancy position, offering complete flexibility to work remotely, build your own practice and enjoy a highly competitive fee-share arrangement.
Consultants may undertake work generated through the firm, introduce their own clients, or combine both.

Duties & Responsibilities
Depending on your area of practice, you will:
- Manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to conclusion.
- Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, contracts, applications and correspondence.
- Represent clients at court hearings, tribunals, mediations, negotiations and conferences, where appropriate to your area of practice and where required.
- Maintain excellent standards of client care and professional conduct.
- Ensure compliance with the SRA Standards and Regulations (or IAA requirements where applicable).
- Maintain accurate case records using the firm's case management system.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
- Assist in developing your own practice and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.
- Keep up to date with legal developments relevant to your area of expertise.

Requirements
Applicants should:
- Be authorised to practise in England & Wales.
- Hold a current practising certificate or appropriate professional authorisation.
- Have a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) or equivalent experience.
- Be able to manage their own caseload independently.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills.
- Be self-motivated, organised and commercially aware.
- Be committed to maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
