Storth Ltd is a long established and reputable family-owned company manufacturing Slurry Handling equipment for the Agricultural sector. Founded in 1999 our product range has expanded vastly selling our products in the UK as well as worldwide.
Storth is looking to recruit an Assembly Fitter to join our team at our Head Office in Burton in Kendal, near Carnforth Lancashire.
The successful candidate will join our team to assemble a variety of agricultural machines which are manufactured in house. Accurate attention to detail is key in this role, ensuring all machinery leaves the factory at the highest standard.
Skills:
- Assembling machinery accurately according to plans and drawings.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ensuring all safety procedures are adhered to when assembling the machinery.
- Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a friendly team, working across departments.
- Capable and proficient in the use of grinders, hand tools & air tools.
- Maintain and clean and safe working environment.
- Manufacturing experience is desirable.
Hours Of Work
- Monday – Thursday 8:00 – 17.30
- Friday 8:00 – 15:00
- Permanent Full-time role
