We are seeking a talented and motivated Design Office professional to join our team, focusing on the development of commercial kitchen designs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative kitchen projects, utilising your technical skills and project management expertise. You will collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, and construction teams to bring functional and aesthetically appealing kitchen concepts to life.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed design concepts for commercial kitchens using software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Create accurate 3D models and technical drawings that meet client specifications and industry standards
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure design feasibility/timelines
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to select appropriate equipment and materials
- Oversee the documentation process for design revisions, ensuring all plans comply with safety regulations and construction requirements
Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Additional training given
- Experience with construction processes related to commercial kitchens is highly desirable
- Ability to produce detailed CAD drawings and technical documentation accurately
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, suppliers, and construction teams
- Prior experience in a design office environment or similar role is preferred
