We are looking to recruit a 2nd Sous Chef / Junior Sous Chef.
Bunny Jacksons is a very busy dive bar selling chicken wings. All the sauces are made fresh on site and all wings are fresh fried.
The ideal candidates will work well in a fast paced environment.
The role will involve assisting in the preparation of food, running a busy service, completing all relevant due diligence and maintaining our high standards of cleanliness. Assisting the Head Chef in ordering stock amnd managing wastage. Staff training is a big part of this role. We have an awesome kitchen team who need strong guidance to elevate their potential.
