Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Trainee Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations at Crown Business Centre. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office functionality, providing administrative support, and delivering excellent service to clients and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling enquiries
- Answer phone calls, emails, and direct correspondence appropriately
- Maintain office systems, records, and filing (digital and physical)
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate bookings
- Assist with invoicing, basic bookkeeping, and data entry tasks
- Support office events, meetings, and tenant communications
- Order office supplies and liaise with vendors/service providers
- Ensure the reception and shared areas are presentable at all times
Requirements
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional and friendly manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
- Basic knowledge of Google and Microsoft Software Suites
