We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Responsibilities
- Supervise all hotel operations, ensuring that all departments are running efficiently and effectively.
- Lead and motivate hotel staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Manage human resources functions including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Oversee guest services to ensure that all guests receive prompt and courteous service.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting processes to achieve profitability goals.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel through various channels.
- Ensure that the hotel is well-maintained, clean, and welcoming at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel management software and property management systems.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
