As a Project Development Officer within The Housing Improvement and Governance Service, you will support the planning and delivery of key projects across Housing Services. Working as part of a dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in analysing customer data, improving service delivery, and driving innovation.
What You’ll Do:

Collate, analyse, and interpret customer data to inform decision-making and enhance the customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for cross-service collaboration to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Support service improvement projects by researching best practice, reviewing processes, and developing business cases.
- Use horizon scanning to identify innovative solutions, including digital improvements and automation.
- Promote a culture of performance management and continuous improvement across services.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings effectively.
- Experience in project planning, programme management, and business process redesign.
- Proven ability to develop evidence-based business cases and support service reviews.
- Experience of working with a range of stakeholders and partners in a customer-focused environment.
- Good understanding of customer insight and business intelligence to improve service delivery.
- Proficiency in IT applications including spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
