GSF are looking for a suitable Area Supervisor - someone that has experience of working in the Cleaning Industry at Supervisor level, and can demonstrate a hands on - can do attitude with good communication skills.
Can manage teams ensuring deadlines, standards are maintained while ensuring compliance with Company and H&S processes and procedures.

Job Description: (Supervising Peterborough and surrounding areas)
Check on sites for cleaning standards, presentation and stock levels
Recruit Staff where necessary
Supply cover for absenteeism and holiday cover
Train new staff
Manage equipment, equipment transfers and company assets
Arrange equipment repairs where required, once authorized by the Area Manager.
Requirements:
Eligible to work in UK Fluent written & spoken English
Good personal presentation
Valid Driving Licence
Experience and a proven track record in the cleaning industry in supervisory level is preferable. Ability to liaise on all levels with clients, colleagues & cleaners
Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
Clean driving licence & driving experience in UK minimum 1 year
A hard working, relentless, energetic, reliable and punctual personality is desirable as this position is extremely demanding.
Positive attitude, honest and able to work in a team are extremely valuable attributes for this role.
Hours of work - flexibility required
BICs qualification or knowledge would be advantageous
