Our client KRX UK Branch Office is looking for Administration assistant (Korean Speaking). KRX (Korea Exchange) is an exchange market operator in Korea and KRX UK Branch office is a UK establishment representing KRX (Korea Exchange) in the region.

1. Qualifications & Requirements

2. Desirable Qualifications and Knowledge
- Under-grad degree in University (preferably in Business Administration or Economics)
- Working experience in administrative support position
- Working experience in the UK
3. Main function of job
- Office administration and maintenance
- Secretarial support for team operations
- Daily monitoring of financial market news
4. Main work
- Office administration: communicating with service providers, dealing with day-to-day administration tasks, managing authority registration requirements, handling office supplies and general environment.
- Secretarial support: managing correspondence(letters/emails/calls), receiving visitors, making reservations, supporting team’s operations/communication activities, and handling general administration tasks.
- Market monitoring: reporting daily financial market news and market data updates, supporting basic research tasks.
5. Other working conditions
- Visa: No VISA sponsorship (must be a UK Citizen or ILR holder)
- Annual Salary: GBP 30,000/year
- Recruitment: Full-time, 1 year fixed-term (including 3-month probation period)
- Working hours: 7 hours/day, 5 days (10:00 – 17:00)
- Holiday: 20 days plus UK public holidays
- Recruitment period: 2026 Jul 13 ~ 2026 Jul 31
- Work start date: Early Aug of 2026 (open to negotiation)
6. Recruitment Process
