Help shape the future of St Neots, one conversation at a time.
We’re looking for volunteers to help lead conversations in their local area as part of Tables Across Town – the community listening campaign that grew out of The Big Listen.
What you’d be doing:
- Getting to know your area and connecting with local people and groups
- Helping identify community advocates and hosts for conversations
- Encouraging local participation and sharing what you’re hearing with our management team
Commitment: Flexible, around 6–8 hours a week in the first few months and then should streamline with our capacity growing.
Areas we need people in: Wintringham, Loves Farm, Eaton Ford, Eaton Socon, Eynesbury, St Neots Town Centre, Little Paxton and surrounding villages
No experience needed – just enthusiasm, curiosity and a genuine interest in your community.

We hope to secure funding to support this work so whilst we can pay expenses and support with training in the short term, there may be opportunity to explore turning this volunteer role to a paid part time role if that opportunity arises.
