About the Role
We are looking for reliable, caring and compassionate Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred support in a care setting in SW16, London.
Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred care and support to individuals.
Support with daily living activities and personal care where required.
Promote independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing.
Follow individual care and support plans.
Support with mobility and daily activities as required.
Assist with medication in accordance with training and care plans, where applicable.
Monitor and report any changes in an individual's wellbeing.
Maintain accurate care records and follow confidentiality requirements.
Work effectively with colleagues and other professionals.
Follow safeguarding, health & safety and infection-control procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Carer is desirable.
Caring, patient and compassionate approach.
Reliable, punctual and professional.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to complete all required training and compliance checks.
Relevant care qualifications are desirable.
