Due to exciting and continuous growth, Skybound Therapies is looking for passionate, empathetic, and resilient Behaviour Support Workers to join our expanding team in Pembrokeshire.

About the Role
In this role, you will work directly with adults who have learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs or behaviours of concern. Your goal is to find their smile aswell as promote independence, choice, and inclusion.
What makes this role truly unique is where you will be working. You will split your time between supporting individuals out in the local community, within their own homes, and at our very own Skybound Therapies farm.
The Skybound Farm Experience
Our farm offers a therapeutic, hands-on environment where the adults we support can thrive away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will guide them through active, outdoor activities designed to build confidence and indepedence, including:
- Animal care and feeding
- Horticulture and gardening
- Access to different, quieter walks and our park equipment
Key Responsibilities
- Community Support: Engage individuals in active farm duties and support them become more independent with daily community living skills
- Implementing PBS Plans: Follow person-centred Positive Behaviour Support plans to minimize triggers and help individuals manage distress.
- Promoting Independence: Encourage individuals to make their own choices, learn new skills, and build confidence.
- Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain clear daily logs and progress charts to help track positive outcomes.
Shift Patterns & Availability
This role requires a dedicated and reliable schedule to provide the individual with essential consistency.
- Day Shifts: No standard night shifts required.
- Saturdays: Weekend support is key to this role, and you must be available to work every Saturday.
- Respite: Occasional flexibility is required to provide respite support as needed.

- Qualifications: Must be willing to work towards achieving a Level 2 in Health and Social Care (fully supported and funded by us).
- Values-Driven: A genuine desire to improve the lives of vulnerable adults.
- Love for the Outdoors: Comfortable working outside on the farm in all weathers and interacting with animals.
- Resilience: The ability to stay calm, patient, and positive during challenging situations.
- Drivers: A full UK driving license is required
