The Opportunity
As a Mortgage & Onboarding Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role, assisting our team of 5 mortgage advisors, offering them administrative and techincal support. You will also be responsible for onboarding our new clients, offering appointments and setting up new client files ready for the advice team.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: from £13/hr (based on experience)
- Holiday: 6 weeks plus an additional discretionary week off over Christmas

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a passion for client success. Our ideal candidate is:
- Experienced: At least 1 year in the mortgage or estate agency industry
- A Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive: A team player with a can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Your Skills & Expertise
- Strong interpersonal and rapport-building abilities
- High attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills
- Proficiency in computer systems, telephony, and online platforms
- Solid knowledge of mortgage applications, completion processes, and financial services
- Empathy and professionalism in dealing with clients' diverse needs
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with clients
- Complete accurate documentation and maintain comprehensive client records

- Collaborate with our team to uphold our high standards of professionalism and integrity
