We are looking to build a small pool of trusted cleaners who can work across both cleaning businesses, giving you the opportunity to access more regular work and helping us cover clients when needed.
We are seeking motivated Self Employed Domestic Cleaners to join our team! What we’re looking for:
Self-employed
DBS checked
Reliable, trustworthy and hardworking
Good attention to detail
Previous cleaning experience preferred
Professional and friendly approach
Full driving license and access to own vehicle
How it works: Clients remain clients of the respective cleaning business they originally booked with. However, our cleaners can be shared between both businesses, meaning we can offer you more work and greater flexibility. This is a self-employed opportunity, not PAYE employment.
You will be responsible for providing your own liability insurance.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products to deliver high-quality results safely and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Maintain a detailed schedule of appointments and ensure timely arrival at each property
- Address client questions or concerns professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction with each service
- Keep all cleaning supplies organized and report any maintenance or supply needs promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in domestic cleaning, janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple appointments effectively
- Reliable transportation to reach various client locations within your designated area
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and use of cleaning equipment and products
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
