174 hours per month (average 11 sleeps a month)
Shift Pattern: 2 on / 3 off, 1 on / 2 off. Dependant on preference.
Overtime: £18+ per hour
About the Role
We are looking for dedicated, resilient, and compassionate Residential Support Workers to join our team across our homes in Penkridge, Hammerwich, and Norton Canes. This is a highly rewarding role where you will be supporting children and young people who have experienced emotional and behavioural difficulties, trauma, and mental health challenges.
You will play a vital role in helping our young people develop independence, build resilience, and feel safe, cared for, and valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a positive role model for young people in your care
- Support children and young people with emotional, behavioural, and mental health needs
- Promote independence, self-esteem, and life skills
- Build trusted and consistent relationships
- Provide structure, routine, and emotional support
- Participate in daily routines, activities, and appointments
- Maintain accurate and professional records, reports, and care plans
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people (residential care experience is desirable but not essential)
- A commitment to safeguarding and supporting vulnerable children
- Resilience, empathy, and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work shifts, including sleep-ins and weekends
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)
