WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Must be reliable, punctual and of smart appearance, have clear handwriting and be reasonably good at figures. Past experience in a sales office environment would be an advantage but not essential. The successful applicant will have good computer skills, a good telephone manner and a cheery disposition. An interest in cooking would be a great advantage, but is not necessary. The applicant must be motivated, quick to learn and be able to work at speed and under pressure, and be willing to go that extra mile when the need arises.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The main responsibilities will include:
· General Customer Service duties, such as, telephone communications, emails and live chat
· Dealing with chasing deliveries by communicating with external parties
· Assisting with our returns process, replying to payment and marketplace disputes
· Other duties at the direction of the Office manager or Company Directors
CURRENT HOURS OF WORK
Our Normal Opening hours are Week days 8am -5.30pm, Saturday 8am -4.30pm, Sunday 10am-4pm.
This is a part-time role working the following pattern:
- 22 hours per week
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (10am-2pm – 4 hour shift)
- Sunday (10am-4pm – 6 hour shift)
There may be the opportunity for overtime during busy trading periods
REMUNERATION:
£13.45 p.h (dependant on age bracket Living Wage and experience).
HOLIDAY:
28 days per year, pro rata for part time employees, including all Bank Holidays.
