HGV 1 Tipper Tanker Driver
Shifts available:
- Various night shift patterns available 5 out of 7 nights (can not acomodate Sunday - Thursday)
- 4 on 4 off Nights

- Competitive Pay: £16.57ph Monday - Friday / £18.18 Saturday / £20.77 Sunday
- Night shift payment: additional £13.29 per night / £27.55 Saturday night

The role of an Abbey Logistics HGV 1 Driver is to safely and efficiently, deliver customer products using powder tipping tanks throughout the UK and into Europe if required.
Duties will include:
- Loading and unloading of Powder Tipper Tanks
- Keeping your vehicle in clean condition
- Working at heights
- Using your digital hand-held device to record all circle checks and deliveries
- Following company procedures in accordance with strict industry guidelines
- Involves connecting and disconnecting hoses for loading and unloading.
- Requires climbing onto tanks to check hatches and seals.
- Manual handling of equipment such as couplings, valves, and hoses.

Requirements:
HGV 1 Licence for a minimum of 12 months – Max 6 penalty points
Valid DCPC Card
Tanker Experience Preferred but not Essential
Can safely operate within a fall arrest system of up to 140kgs
