P Developments Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate must have extensive experience across all aspects of residential construction and be confident managing projects from start to finish. A strong understanding of multiple trades is essential, including extensions, kitchens, bathrooms, loft conversions, and garage conversions.
Key responsibilities will include pricing and estimating projects accurately, planning and coordinating works, managing subcontractors and trades on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, professionalism, and quality throughout every stage of the build.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent organisational and communication skills, capable of solving problems effectively and maintaining high standards on every project. A thorough knowledge of UK building regulations, construction methods, and industry best practices is essential.
