Your Role in the Story
This is a Hybrid Role for someone who takes pride in the craft of service:
- Lead the Experience: You will act as the "Section Owner," responsible for the atmosphere, flow, and guest journey from greeting to departure.
- Bar Craft: From perfectly kept local ales to precision in cocktails. You will be responsible for stock integrity and bar standards.
- Business Awareness: You will be trained to understand our targets (like our GP and labour goals). You’ll learn that "efficiency" is what allows us to pay professional wages and fund your growth.
- Event Leadership: You’ll help drive our 7-day-a-week growth journey, executing events that solidify us as a destination.
