Responsibilities:
- Selling life insurance products direct to customers.
- Inbound sales.
- Providing advice to customers on a range of life insurance products/services.
- Research industry changes and challenges.
- Managing your own pipeline.
- Updating our CRM system accurately.
- Building strong relationships with your customers.
- Cross sell and upsell.
- Dealing with customers through email, and phone.
- Diarising call backs.
- Working to sales targets/KPI also keeping in line with FCA compliance regulations.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:
- Proven sales background with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Ideally have worked within insurance or financial services, however this is not a essential.
- Driven and tenacious.
- Experience working in a KPI environment.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to overcome objections.
- Works well in a team environment.

09:30 - 18:30 hrs - Monday to Thursday
09:30 - 16:00 hrs - Friday
