Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial sites. Your energetic approach and commitment to excellence will help ensure our clients’ environments are safe, tidy, and welcoming.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common spaces
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and supplies to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety
- Maintain cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines
- Dispose of waste responsibly and replenish supplies as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to protect yourself and others
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is a plus
