Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced, motivated Electrician to join our friendly and professional team. Our work is predominantly domestic, with a growing portfolio of commercial projects and EV charging installations.

Key Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Carry out domestic and commercial first and second fix electrical installations.
- Install, test and commission EV charge points to current regulations and manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults safely and efficiently.
- Carry out NICEIC Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
- Complete all certification and reports accurately using digital systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.
- Ensure all work complies with BS7671, current legislation and Health & Safety requirements.
- Supervise, support and mentor apprentices, ensuring work is carried out safely, to a high standard and in accordance with company procedures.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in the electrical industry.
- City & Guilds 2367 or 2357 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
- EV Charge Point Installation qualification/certification (such as City & Guilds 2919 or equivalent) is essential.
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic IT skills for completing digital certification and reports.
- Ability to supervise, support and mentor apprentices, ensuring they work safely and develop their skills in line with company standards.
Desirable Skills
- Solar PV and Battery Storage installation experience.
- Experience working in both domestic and commercial environments.
- NICEIC Approved Contractor experience would be an advantage.
