Position: 1 x Security Officers ( SIA Licence and CCTV SIA Licence Required)
Contract: Average 56hours per week
Shift Pattern: 7 - 3 - 7 - 4 (Mon - Sun - Days, Nights, Weekends, Bank holidays) Overtime available

Role Overview
As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and customer service standards of our site. You will work closely with the on-site supervisor and management team to carry out all duties to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Complete all assigned duties as per instructions from supervisors and management
Report and act on any security breaches to line managers and the 24-hour control room
Assist with any security, safety, or criminal investigations
Log all incidents in the reporting system accurately and promptly
Conduct internal and external patrols of buildings and car parks
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards
Follow all site-specific Assignment Instructions (AIs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk Assessments (RAs), memos, and toolbox talks
Wear and maintain a valid SIA licence while on duty
Operate CCTV equipment where required
Attend training courses as directed
Comply with all legal, health, and safety requirements of the role
Managing the Security Control Room with the Supervisor

Requirements
Essential:
Previous security experience
Valid CCTV and SIA Licence
Police Vetting (NPPV1 / CTC) must be passed within 3months.
Desirable:
Experience working in a busy reception environment
Experience within a museum or cultural venue
