Working Hours: Monday – Friday. 40 hours per week.

- Demonstrate excellent customer service and sales skills, placing the company at the heart of every interaction.
- Efficiently handle telephone inquiries, demonstrating professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
- Thrive on making the business easy to work with for both internal and external stakeholders.

- Display outstanding communication skills, over the telephone.

- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of performance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a client support or sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable dealing with customers over the telephone.
- Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced work environment.
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- SAP - advantageous.

Pay: Up to £27,000.00 per year
