Key Requirements
- 1+ years senior experience in high-volume restaurant management or supervision.
- Proven leadership abilities to train, manage, and motivate a high-performing team.
- Expert operational knowledge, covering POS systems, scheduling, and labor/cost control.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to make rapid decisions and handle high-pressure situations.
Role Overview
Act as the Restaurant Manager's right-hand to drive operational excellence. You will balance hands-on floor leadership with administrative duties to ensure flawless service, staff development, and top-tier guest satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities
- Direct floor operations, controlling service flow and table management during peak hours.
- Train and mentor staff, taking charge of junior supervisor and waitstaff development.
- Manage shift finances, executing cash reconciliation and detailed end-of-shift reporting.
- Elevate guest experiences, building relationships with regulars and expertly resolving complaints.
- Enforce strict compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Liaise with the kitchen to guarantee seamless communication and impeccable service execution.
