Location: Birchwood, Warrington
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission
OTE: £50,000+ per annum

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team based in Birchwood, Warrington.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to develop their career within a fast-paced media and events environment. You will be responsible for generating revenue through advertising, sponsorship and exhibition sales across our portfolio of publications and events.
Working with both new and existing clients, you'll identify opportunities, build strong commercial relationships and help businesses maximise their exposure through our established media brands and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Selling advertising, sponsorship and exhibition opportunities
- Developing new business through proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Managing a sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets
- Identifying new commercial opportunities and market sectors
- Negotiating and closing sales agreements
- Working closely with editorial, marketing and events teams
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales reporting
About You
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or account management
- Media sales experience is preferred
- Confident communicator with excellent telephone and presentation skills
- Commercially aware and target driven
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
