Job Summary
Domestic - We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Assistant to provide high-quality cleaning and maintenance support within a healthcare environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of the premises, contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere for staff and visitors alike. Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or hospital environments is highly desirable.
Cook - We are also seeking an experienced cook, to provide tasty nutritious balanced meals for elderly residents, some with dementia. If you love cooking and a family atmosphere we would like to hear from you.
Duties Domestic
- Perform thorough cleaning of patient rooms, corridors, offices, and communal spaces
- Maintain hygiene standards by disinfecting surfaces, equipment, and high-touch areas in accordance with health and safety protocols
- Manage waste disposal efficiently and safely, ensuring bins are emptied regularly and correctly
- Restock supplies such as hand sanitiser, paper towels, and toiletries as required
- Follow strict health and safety guidelines at all times to minimise risks within the environment
Duties Cook
- Prepare and cook meals for residents.
- Understand and adhere to kitchen health and safety standards
- Patience and understanding of the environment.
- Manage waste disposal efficiently and safely.
