Ecommerce Customer Service (Part-Time)
Location: North Watford (Office-Based)
Hours: 15 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 09:30-12:30)
Hourly Rate: £14.00 per hour
Additional hours may be available during peak trading periods
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to take ownership of our ecommerce customer service.
This is a key role within the business. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for maintaining a consistently high standard of communication that reflects our brand.
The position suits someone looking for a structured, part-time role with clear responsibility and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily customer enquiries via email and support platforms
- Responding to customers in a clear, professional and personable manner
- Resolving issues efficiently, including order queries, delivery questions and returns
- Escalating more complex cases where necessary
- Maintaining a high level of organisation within the customer service inbox
- Responding to customer reviews in line with brand tone and guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written communication skills - clear, articulate and professional
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Good judgement and common sense when resolving customer queries
- A calm, reliable and consistent approach to work
- Ability to take ownership of a task and manage it independently
- Comfortable using email platforms and basic online systems (experience beneficial but not essential)
