Senior Care Assistant (Part-Time) Community Care
£15.00 per hour + Paid Travel Time + Paid Mileage

As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care that enables people to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. You'll also support and mentor care staff while ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding personal care and support to clients in their own homes.
- Lead by example, supporting and mentoring other care staff.
- Complete care documentation accurately and maintain high standards.
- Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing for every client.
- Communicate effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and the office team.
- Participate in the on-call rota as required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a senior care or care assistant role.
- Minimum of a level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care - preferably a level 3 qualification.
- A caring, compassionate, and professional approach.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Reliability, flexibility, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
