Mandala Homes Development Ltd. is seeking an experienced development executive to lead residential construction programmes from land acquisition through project delivery, ensuring commercial success and high-quality community development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead residential development projects.
- Oversee project feasibility and planning.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
- Manage budgets and delivery schedules.
- Ensure regulatory and planning compliance.
- Build relationships with investors, consultants, and local authorities.
Qualifications
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related discipline.
- Extensive residential development experience.
- Strong commercial and project leadership skills.
- Knowledge of planning and development regulations.
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
Pay: £100,000.00 per year
