Job Title: Operations Supervisor (Gas & Electrical)

About the role
Maintenance and improvement of properties forms a key part of our contract with residents, the service must provide the right level of property maintenance to protect a buildings long term value and ensure repairs are undertaken in a timely and efficient manner to safeguard the level of resident satisfaction built up in the business.
You will supervise trades staff providing direct service delivery across the GreenSquareAccord operational area. This will include the recruitment, induction, training and deployment of trade`s staff to deliver the services required by residents.
You will be responsible for ensuring key performance indicators are met, and specifically that residents are satisfied with the service they receive.
We reserve the right depending on application numbers to close or extend the closing date for this position.

About you
You will have worked under and satisfied Past / current membership of Gas safe or relevant Electrical governing body (NIC EIC / ECA etc)
You will need to have a CSCS Card and asbestos awareness or show competence evidence of similar equivalent
You need to have previous experience working within heating, gas, or electrical field operations.
You must have project management experience.
You must be able to accurately specify work activities and materials.
You need experience of organising and managing a large team of Engineers
You need to have the ability to identify and collect relevant financial and statistical performance data to improve service delivery.
You will be responsible for budget and financial management.
You must have planning, project, time and workload management and personal organisation skills.
You need experience of writing reports.
