Join our team as a Factory Cleaner and be a vital part of maintaining a safe, efficient and high levels of cleanliness. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness across all factory areas, supporting the overall operational flow by keeping workspaces tidy and hazard-free. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help uphold our high standards of safety and quality, creating a productive space where teams can excel.
Duties
- Use of Pressure washing equipment to clean machinery, floors, and work surfaces effectively.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal throughout the factory.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow safety protocols diligently when handling cleaning chemicals and using pressure washing equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing extra attention or repair, reporting issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness logs and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in industrial or factory cleaning environments would be an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward safety and cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work collaboratively with team members.
