Job Title : Document Integrity Consultant

Salary : £24,988.61 per annum

dnata Travel Group, part of the Emirates Group, includes the brands of Gold Medal and Travelbag.
We’re now recruiting internally for a Document Integrity Consultant to join us in Leyland. In this role you’ll be responsible for issuing all travel documents, ensuring they are of a high quality and include all the information needed by our customers.
Current Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, including Bank Holidays. Saturdays on a rota basis, approximately 1 in 4
Job Accountabilities
Issue all booking documents and collate all supplier documents
Escalate issues and incorrect information to the Data Integrity Coordinator and work with them to identify the root cause, fix the issue and prevent reoccurrence
Ensure documents are sent out to customers within SLAs
Reconfirm all travel arrangements for our high-profile accounts
Support the Data Integrity Coordinator to raise concerns regarding any documents to the wider business and improve ways of working
Work as part of a team, maintaining strong relationships and supporting new colleagues with their training
Adhere to GDPR and maintain a professional approach at all times.
Support other areas of the Operations department where the business needs.
